Anchored Band Lat Pull-Down
Train a vertical pulling direction with a band and a secure high anchor when a cable station is not available.

01 / Set up
Build the position.
- Secure the band to a high anchor and inspect both the band and attachment before loading it.
- Kneel or sit far enough back to create light starting tension while keeping the trunk steady.
02 / Execute
Do the work.
- Pull the band toward the upper chest by drawing the elbows down and back.
- Pause before the shoulders roll forward or the anchor changes position.
- Return the band slowly while keeping the path clear of the face and hands.
Useful cues
Pull the elbows down
Keep the anchor honest
Control the return
03 / Troubleshoot
Common ways it drifts.
- Using a door or anchor that cannot close or hold securely
- Letting the band recoil toward the face
