Practice walking with a one-sided load while keeping the trunk and gait organized around a simple distance or time.

01 / Set up
Build the position.
- Choose a clear walking lane and hold one load at the side without leaning toward it.
- Stand tall, keep the free hand relaxed, and decide the turn or stopping point before starting.
02 / Execute
Do the work.
- Walk with controlled steps while keeping the load from swinging into the leg.
- Turn slowly or stop before balance changes, then switch sides if the plan calls for it.
- Set the load down by hinging and keeping the path clear.
