Half-Kneeling Kettlebell Press
Train vertical pressing with a stable half-kneeling base and deliberate trunk control.
01 / Set up
Build the position.
- Kneel on a padded surface with one foot forward and the opposite knee down.
- Hold the kettlebell securely at the shoulder on the kneeling side and brace the trunk.
02 / Execute
Do the work.
- Press the kettlebell overhead without leaning away from the load.
- Finish only as high as the arm and trunk can stay comfortably stacked.
- Lower the bell to the shoulder under control before the next repetition.
