Train horizontal pressing strength with the floor providing a clear lower range boundary.
01 / Set up
Build the position.
- Sit with the dumbbells close, guide them to the thighs, and roll to a stable back position.
- Plant the feet, brace lightly, and begin with the upper arms supported by the floor.
02 / Execute
Do the work.
- Press the dumbbells upward until the elbows are straight without forcing the shoulders forward.
- Lower under control until the upper arms make gentle contact with the floor.
- Pause briefly, maintain wrist position, and begin the next repetition.
