01 / Set up
Build the position.
- Place a declared, submaximal sandbag on a clear, non-abrasive surface with a measured walking lane.
- Lift the bag to a comfortable bear-hug position using a controlled ground-to-lap setup before standing tall.
02 / Execute
Do the work.
- Hold the bag close to the chest with both forearms supporting the shell and take short, quiet steps.
- Keep the trunk tall enough to see the route and pause before the load shift changes the brace or gait.
- Turn with small steps, return to the start, and lower the bag through a controlled hinge without dropping it.
