01 / Set up

Build the position.

  1. Place a declared, submaximal sandbag on a clear, non-abrasive surface with a measured walking lane.
  2. Lift the bag to a comfortable bear-hug position using a controlled ground-to-lap setup before standing tall.

02 / Execute

Do the work.

  1. Hold the bag close to the chest with both forearms supporting the shell and take short, quiet steps.
  2. Keep the trunk tall enough to see the route and pause before the load shift changes the brace or gait.
  3. Turn with small steps, return to the start, and lower the bag through a controlled hinge without dropping it.
