Train controlled trunk rotation and a declared release direction without turning a power drill into an unplanned chase.

01 / Set up
Build the position.
- Choose a ball, wall or partner boundary, and side-to-side clearance that can receive the intended release.
- Stand side-on with the ball held near the outside hip and both feet planted inside the marked lane.
02 / Execute
Do the work.
- Load the hips and trunk by turning together while keeping the feet connected to the floor.
- Rotate toward the target and release the ball along the declared path without stepping across the lane.
- Recover the ball or receive it only when the surface, partner, and return path remain controlled.
