Battle Rope Side-to-Side Waves

01 / Set up

Build the position.

  1. Attach the rope to the declared anchor and stand far enough back that the side-to-side path does not enter another lane.
  2. Hold both handles with a soft knee bend and choose a stance wide enough to resist being pulled across the line.

02 / Execute

Do the work.

  1. Move the hands together toward one side while the feet keep the body centered over the marked lane.
  2. Guide the rope across the surface with controlled range, then return through the middle without twisting into the anchor.
  3. Stop at the declared endpoint, lower tension, and reset the rope before changing sides or storage state.
