Medicine Ball Rotational Throw
Train a declared side-to-side power release with a catchable medicine ball and a controlled return path.

01 / Set up
Build the position.
- Choose a wall, partner, or open release direction with enough lateral clearance for the target and recovery path.
- Stand side-on with the ball near the outside hip, feet planted, and the release side clearly marked.
02 / Execute
Do the work.
- Load the hips and trunk together while keeping the ball close to the body.
- Rotate toward the target and release the ball along the declared path without stepping across the lane.
- Receive or recover the ball, return to the start position, and repeat on the other side only when the lane remains clear.

Then verify the ball diameter, wall and ceiling boundary, catch lane, storage home, and the manufacturer's declared use. A heavier ball is not automatically a better power tool, and a soft medicine ball is not a slam ball.
