Practice lifting a load from the floor with a stable stance and coordinated hip extension.
01 / Set up
Build the position.
- Place the kettlebell between the feet and stand with the handle under the body.
- Hinge down, bend the knees as needed, and take a secure grip without reaching forward.
02 / Execute
Do the work.
- Brace and push the floor away while the kettlebell stays close to the body.
- Finish tall with hips and knees extended but avoid leaning backward.
- Guide the hips back and return the bell quietly to its starting point.
