Sandbag Clean to Front
Train a controlled ground-to-front transition with a shifting load while keeping the lift inside a repeatable lane.

01 / Set up
Build the position.
- Choose a submaximal sandbag, inspect the closures, and place it on a surface that matches the manufacturer's boundary.
- Stand over the bag with feet wide enough for the handles or shell and clear the front space before the first repetition.
02 / Execute
Do the work.
- Hinge to take the declared handle or shell position and bring the bag toward the lap without yanking it from the floor.
- Extend the hips and guide the bag close to the body into a supported front position rather than swinging it away.
- Pause, lower the bag through the same close path, and reset the shell before repeating.
