Sled Drag
Train a repeatable backward or forward drag while the strap, load, surface, and return lane remain visible.

01 / Set up
Build the position.
- Attach the strap or harness exactly as the manufacturer describes and leave a clear lane behind the sled.
- Choose a load or resistance that allows the first step, walking line, stop, and release to stay controlled.
02 / Execute
Do the work.
- Face the sled or the declared travel direction, brace the trunk, and take short steps until the strap is tensioned.
- Walk through the lane without wrapping the strap around the feet or letting the sled cross the marked line.
- Stop before the lane ends, lower the tension, and return the strap and sled through the planned path.
