Make a familiar squat easier to compare by slowing the lowering phase and keeping the range controlled.

01 / Set up
Build the position.
- Choose a stance that lets the whole foot stay planted through the planned range.
- Use bodyweight or a light load that can be held without changing the tempo.

Do the work.
- Lower for a steady count while keeping the knees and hips moving together.
- Pause briefly at the deepest controlled position without relaxing the trunk.
