Bodyweight Squat

Train knee-dominant leg strength, balance, and control through a comfortable squat range.

01 / Set up

Build the position.

  1. Stand with feet near shoulder width and turn the toes out only as comfort requires.
  2. Keep the whole foot planted and brace the trunk lightly before moving.

02 / Execute

Do the work.

  1. Bend the knees and hips together while keeping pressure across the whole foot.
  2. Descend only as far as balance, control, and a neutral trunk position allow.
  3. Push the floor away and finish tall without leaning backward.
