Split Squat
Train single-leg strength and balance with both feet kept in contact with the floor.
01 / Set up
Build the position.
- Take a stance long enough for both knees to bend without the feet sitting on one line.
- Keep the front foot planted and use light fingertip support when balance limits the movement.
02 / Execute
Do the work.
- Lower the back knee toward the floor while the front knee tracks with the toes.
- Stop at the deepest position that keeps the front foot grounded and the trunk controlled.
- Push through the front foot to return to the starting height.
